I am on WINDOWS XP and since downloading Microsoft Word I have a very annoying page from Microsoft appearing every time before I can log in.It says Microsoft on the top and has one folder showing on it and in the bottom left hand corner of the page it says FILE/FOLDER compressed.

I would be extremely grateful if any one knows how to remove this. I have tried everything!!!!!!

    Have you tried this:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822645
I'm assuming you have Microsoft Word 2003 along with XP OS.
Steve must be clairvoyant or did you Post earlier about Re-installing your OS?
I would uninstall MS Word and try another install. Neil.

Neil, I'd assume PM communication and since the thread is resolved it's fair to say the WMD worked ;)
