Annoyance: Turn Off Monitor power setting

    This setting that I have for years used instead of a screen saver has suddenly stopped working. I've tried disabling, re-enabled, etc. Strange thing is that it will work after I first reboot, but not after that. A minor annoyance, but an annoyance none the less.

    Win XP SP2
    3Ghz - 1G Ram

    My guess would be that there is some process running in the back ground that is stopping the computer becoming inactive.
