Alternate Resource for Google Sites Help?

First of all, if this is supposed to be on another sub-forum. Sorry, I tried to make my best judgment. Having said that, I HATE this Love-Hate relationship I have with Google. It's as if their initial concept ideas are brilliant, but their support, or lack thereof, is absolutely CRIMINAL. NOTHING operates like 98% of other similar sites do on the web; which would be OK, if Google's features worked AT ALL. I've spent so much time trying to do the same things over, and over again I could have built 15 other sites in the same time. Oh! And when I go to their forum no one ever answers me. Even the suggested answers don't even have answers. Then, you have to answer a Captcha everytime you post. I thought registering for an account was supposed to take care of that.

I just want another resource, if there is any. I know that sounds silly, but, REALLY, I've never seen such worthless support; especially from people that act like they're the smartest people in the room.

 

Well, as I freely admitted earlier, it may be a silly question, but I just wanted to know if there was an alternate, yet competent resource, OTHER than Google that I could go to for help on their web sites. That's all.
