ALPASS password management program

I have been using Alpass software for quite some time without any issues however it is now "not responding" as the message says when the program opens and it just freezes.

Now this is a real pain as I have all my sites and passwords to get into those sites in this program.

I have been to their webpage and for the life of me I am unable to make any valid connection in registering as a member to post my problem there, so I thought someone out there in the big wide world might be able to help,, help,,, help.

I uninstalled the problem software and reinstalled new software from their site..still the problem remains.

 

You must have a good filing system..are you of the "old school" hard copy?

Yeh I did the verification bit but still couldn't log in to post my question..just kept recycling.

When I get Alpass up and running again as it has the additional capacity to store offline (USB) in "text" I'll utilize that function as well so I am not totally reliant on Alpass to decode information.
