Hi, wonder if anyone can help, this happens in all video players, VLC, Windows Media and Quicktime, if i try to stream video from a website in to any of these players from bbc.co.uk after a few seconds the video turns green, but the sound still plays, this causes the system to become unresponsive infrequently whilst the video is still running then returns to normal when i close the video, this happens in both browers, IE6 and Firefox (lastest update). I have applied a hotfix from microsoft which addresses this issues, but still no luck.

    Hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/898549

Im running a amd 64bit 3000 @ 2400mhz, 1 gig ram, nvidia 256mb graphics card, and windows is upto date.

    Any ideas?

I was using bbc as an example, it happens on all websites that stream media, like apple.com/trailers etc... in different video formats.
