He I easotokr. Welcome to the board.

Are you saying that your my documents folder somehow got changed to the temp folder? If so, right click on the my documents folder, choose properties and on the target tab click on the restore default button.

It seems someone has created a user TEMP & moved your files into that. Win XP does not create any folder such as c:\Documents and Settings\TEMP.

    easotkr,
    • Create a new user with Control Panel, User Accounts.
    • Logon once as the new user.
    • Logoff.
    • Logon as Administrator
    • Then follow these instuctions: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811151
    • Logon as the new user again and test.

Then head to the "Removing Spyware and Viruses" subforum and explain your symptoms. There are some preliminary steps they ask you to do, which you will find in a "Sticky" note at the top of the Forum: http://www.windowsbbs.com/forumdisplay.php?f=41
