alignment in Works

    How does one get figures in a column typed into Works to print correctly? On the screen the figures look perfectly aligned, but when printing them out the figures may be off by several spaces.

    I don't have Works but the behavior you describe is usually a matter of the printer driver not being quite right for the printer. Try getting the latest & greatest version and loading it in place of whatever you have now.
