I've been trying to fix this for a week or two now...so I finally decided to come here. It worked before, back when I had Windows98, so I trust you guys.

Anyway, whenever I click a link in AIM, it gives me an error message about being unable to find a program for "http" and it's a System 31 error. I'm also unable to click links in programs. I know it's because of MyIE2 I had installed, but even when I uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer nothing happened. I still get that same ridiculous error.

    Someone please help?

    Thanks.

    mineekiko Hi

Always say the operating system when asking questions.
And the full error message and seperate it from anything else within question

I dont think myie2 had anything to do with it, unless maybe you had it set as the default browser ?
Try On IE's toolbar tools, Internet options,,programs Tab
place a check next to ie should check to see if its the default browser, then use the reset web settings button.

If no go try the IE repair option, dont know maybe aim has one also ? contol panel addremove all IE's and OE's off
    addremove programs
find microsoft ie click uninstall you will see an option to repair.
some systems dont have IE in there so let us know.
See if aim offers this also, you can always cancel out if not.
