Two of my AIM accounts (OonaWhiteBuffalo and ElricWhiteWolf77) have apparently been suspended for no good reason. One has never been used in a chat, the other only once. I tried the password retrieval service from Netscape only to find that it's not available at the time or so they say. Is there any way to get in contact with the AOL idiots and ask why they unfairly suspended two names that I hardly used? Thanks!

I already checked their tech support site. If they keep doing this, I'll just dump them for good. MSNM's better anyway.

Now it won't let me sign up for a new name either. I get an error message saying, "The service you have requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try your request again. 25002. "

Is this AOL's way of shafting the free users?
