    Hi

I was wondering if you would have any suggestions for this annoying problem?
I am running win 98 se , my power management properties in the control panel are set to always on , system standby set to never , turn off monitor is set to never , turn off hard disks set to never.
The screensaver is set to come on after approx. 25 minutes , then about 1 hour later the computer shuts off and goes on standby mode.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

The setting you are looking for is in your BIOS. When your computer boots up, pressing DEL on most systems will get you there. Go into Power Management, set standby to disable.
