    Take a look Here for a good intro and basic how-to for DrTCP.

    Be aware that opening-speed issues could well be the site and not your computer.

    adsl is spot on!

    Hi Verdi!;)

    ;)don't worry about it;), it's not your config that's the problem, it's is the website's problem, i get the same problem when i click on some link's, i get the page can't be displayed, :)( these are the **** web-sites!:( ) but when you reload or F5 a couple of times these sites will eventually catch up with the 21st century.

    regards,;)

    Hey Verdi ...
    When I first got my ADSL on XP I also though I was getting some slow speeds ....
    But Remember ADSL isn't that great in all aspects ...I got a 3.0mb Connection and My Tests come out to say around 1.5mb I ain't complaining but its usally that ...When I had regular adsl which is 1.2 which most are I usally get around 500-600

    here are some websites to run some test on I usally used them too

    http://bandwidthplace.com/speedtest/

    http://www.2wire.com/
    {Click ON bandwidth meter, Yo Should See a icon there =] }

    http://webservices.cnet.com/bandwidth/

    I hope some of this helps =]
