When I activate Photpshop I get the following note "Unable to load Photoshop's interface font. Instead, using a substitute font. The interface may not look optimal. We strongly suggest that you reboot the system and launch Photoshop again." After clicking the OK box this message "The Adobe UI font could not be loaded. For best results, please exit the program and either install it or uninstall other fonts." I click the OK box and the program starts. Rebooting does not change anything. Advice?

    Thanks, Craig

Although I have never run into this problem before, I can only think of one possiblilty. Try uninstalling PS 7, then uninstall some of your least used fonts, you may have to many fonts loaded up preventing PS 7 from loading its own fonts. Re-install PS 7.

Most Adobe products also include Adobe Type Manager, This may also have to be installed if it is not automatically installed from Photoshop's installation. ATM allows the use of Postscript Type 1 fonts to be used. And alot of what Photoshop can do is at the postscript level.
