    Hi,

My wife decided she wanted a seperate login on my XP Pro PC, I set her up with an account and a password. No probs. I then went to the log off screen and changed user and her icon appeared on the front screen with my Administrator account. She logged in to her account using the password supplied. Hey pesto no probs. When I rebooted the PC my account had disappeared off the screen and only her name was showing. I search the whole PC and kind fnd no trace of My Docs/phot\s et al! And if i try to go to the administrators folder I get the 'Access Denied' message.

Help! What have I done and is it retrievable?

What happened was that you where using the only account on the system, the Administrator account.

Now that you have added a 2nd account, the Administrator has been hidden from the Welcome screen.

See: Display Administrator Account on Welcome Screen to get it back.
