    i posted a thing on here before about how i deleted all my login profiles on xp home. i thought i had it fixed, but i just bought the upgrade to xp pro and it will not let me install it, because i don't have admin rights. Can I fix this??? or do i need to take it in to the shop???

    If you don't have access to a user logon that is an administrator (either the local administrator account or another that is a member of the administrators group on that PC), you can't upgrade and neither can a shop. Only option is to do a clean install.
