addressbook extensions in 6.2 & 7.0

    Just upgraded to NS 7.0 from 6.2. have lost my address books. What is the file extension for address books in 6.2 and what is it/where are they stored in 7.0. Thanks

    N7 location is:
    Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\YourName\****.slt
    and it's called "abook.mab "
    I'm not sure about N6
