Address.com Helper

I have this very annoying page that keeps popping up now over 50% of the time. It is like it has taken over.
It will come up on pages that I know are good, after many attempts I will try another browser and it works. If I go back to the original browser the address.com page comes back. Maybe some of you know it....

I have installed Netscape 7.01, 8.0 Firefox 1.0.4 Mozzilla 1.7.3 and they worked for a short time but then once it starts then it seems to take over these new browsers as well.
Address.com page has a link to send email for removal intructions but it is an email loop and eventually comes back as undeliverable.
I do not have any idea how this got on my PC but I would love it if someone could tell me how to remove it.
