I have added a new user profile but the address book sorts by first name instead of last name. The original profile still does it by last name. Is there a way to set the criteria of how it sorts the address book?

Try clicking the bar at the top that says "Name" It's actually a radio button that toggles the format through all modes.

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Hi tom p,

To sort your addresses by last name first:

    Edit | Preferences | Mail & Newsgroups | Addressing

Select "Show names using last name, first name "

Let us know if you need any further help.

    Ramona :D

    Extra information for other users.

To sort by Last Name in Netscape 7 (PR1)...

From View (menu bar) | Show Name As | Last, First
then View (menu bar) | Sort by | Name OR click on the Name (then you will see a triangle).
