    Programs: Word 2000, OE6 Outlook 2000 Windows 98SE
Goal: To have an address book suitable for USPS mail, such that when preparing a letter, in Word 2000, I am able to import the name and full address, entered where my cursor is in the embryo letter.
Have not been able to use the existing address books in OE or Outlook for this purpose.
If you have a suggestion, please provide clear simple language for me.
    Thank you.

Use Word's Mail Merge (Tools/Mail Merge).

There's a learning curve but it's not too bad. I've used Mail Merge for both envelopes and mailing labels. Keep in mind the final results will depend on how accurately you have the information entered in your Outlook address book.
