Adding unwanted sites to favorites

Every time I visit a site it automatically put the site in my favorites. What can I do to stop that?

it is not spyware....i have ad ware and also have spy bot...and i run both and got rid of the spyware...but thanks for the link...i will keep it ....it has a lot of helps..... but it still save sites anywhere I go to the favorites, anymore suggestions?

1)Are you installing detection updates for AdAware and SpybotS&D?
2) I would suggest repairing IE, but for WinXP it sounds like a real pain.
