Adding Programs to Start button

    When I'm at my desktop and go to Start/Programs,the only folder that shows is the StartUp folder..is there a way to put all the programs and folders that were once there back?I don't even have access to my accessories folder.

    They were either deleted or removed to somewhere else. Or System Policies were placed in affect by a tweaking program.
    No quick fix is available.
