   I have an existing home net work setup using XP. I wanted to add a vista desktop in to the network. I am not a computer person but I can follow instructions. Please give me an idea what I have to do because I couldn’t connect the vista computer into the network.

   First, your Vista and XP computers should all have the same Workgroup name:
   Vista http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb727037.aspx
   XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295017
   
   The rest should be automatic.
