System running fine...no additions or changes. Then one day I decided to add a SCSI PCI Card to test an old Scanner. Normal restart of Win XP Pro, after a good install of the PCI Adaptec 2930CU SCSI card, I then noted Windows had a message saying I must reactivate Windows.
I cannot find a reason to reactivate after installing a PCI Card since this does not fall under the "Normal Guidlines" for a reactivation.

    So I ask Why?

    See System Info below.
