Ad-Aware Stopping in Midscan

I'm running Ad-Aware SE 1.0.6 fully updated. But for some reason, it stops scanning by itself before it finishes. It just sits there, not using CPU time or anything, saying it's still in the middle of a scan.

Any thoughts? I have some spyware it's detecting (before it stops) that I wish removed.

Since you make no specific mention(s) of any other problems and your primary concern is that this particular scan stops mid-way, I personally would un-install it and re-install it...Try that and let us know how you make out... Another thing I would like you to keep in mind when re-installing it is, if you downloaded it from www.download.com and you had this problem, try downloading it from www.majorgeeks.com and see if it still stops midway...I have experienced a similiar problem with such and that's why I am mentioning it...Both are reputable download sites...Keep us posted.
