Here we go. The other morning I turned on one of my other pc's and on the screen is "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate Windows "
That pc has been activated since Sept 10th. I go to settings to activate and it tells me it can't activate and try again later. If I hit the change product key button it freezes Settings.

Thanks, I'll try rebuilding that Token file in a little while. What I have noticed is that both of my 10 pc's have the same key one was a 7 upgrade and the other a 8.1 upgrade. That is weird.

Well that was a waste of time so I assume that there is more corrupt files than the Token file. I did cure the ailment tho since my recovery partition is not available i could not reset so I stuck the ISO/DVD in and it asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I pondered on this for 4 1/2 minutes and cause I new this was the same version as the current installation (so why upgrade I said). It gave me the choice to keep my files so I went with it. Yes it reinstalled that version and yes it was fixed, Windows is Activated. The best part was it did not remove any installed programs or my folders. Better than a reset imo. :)
