I understand that the background processes from True Image can be manually turned off.

Since i only do full image backups and need to keep the F11 (restore image) key, i dont
really need the background processes running all the time.

How do i turn off the background processes (and still keep the F11 key active)?

I have had to restore my system image only once and True Image worked very well. Of
course it helps to always verify the image just created.

    thank you,

    irdreed,
thanks for the info, i do that every time i create an image. With me, verifying is a
    requirement.

My sys, WinXP Home, SP2 handles true image 7 very well. It just bothers me to have to
allocate space for something i never use, like incremental images, just so i can retain the
    F11 functionality.
