Inactive acer running vista home basic acting weird

[Inactive] acer running vista home basic acting weird

Hi. my laptop is acting crazy again, you guys fixed it before so I hope you can help again. sites are loading slow and sometimes just don't seem to load and I have to hit refresh then they load. Email's are also acting wierd, takeing along time to load. I also see that some of the windows updates failed over the years but I dont see a way to try to download them again, some are labeled important. Here are the logs except the one missing as there was no link to download it in the read first post:

Hi, I forgot to tell you that before running any of these scans this laptop was not rebooting right, it would try to restart and just quit, i would have to either start in safe mode and sometimes that would just stop, the last time i rebooted it recomended to do start up repair which i did and it never finished after 3hr so i just stoped and restarted normal and it started, thats when i came here for help.

Ok I ran mabr and it found nothing and said no need to clean. even before i ran these two scans, the computer is running much better.

 

I do get this message alot, like when i just now came to this site: windowsbbs.com is not responding due to a long running script. there is a button to stop script but if i want 10-15 seconds, that message dissapears and the page loads?
