ACDaemon.exe, ArcSoft & Kodak EASYSHARE

Recently my Comodo firewall was warniing me about ACDaemon.exe on every boot. I was worried about what it was and through a Google search found out that it is part of ArcSoft photo printing software. I looked in Add/Remove Programs and found lots of ArcSoft stuff. Where did it come from? Then I remembered that I had installed Kodak EASYSHARE 7.1 so I did a Google search on "easyshare arcsoft" and found a Kodak press release from November 12 that stated: "We've also bundled EASYSHARE Software with ArcSoft Print Creations, giving consumers access to hundreds of creative choices for bringing their favorite memories back into their lives."

I don't recall any alert that ArcSoft would be installed. This is kinda sneaky of Kodak and ArcSoft. To make matters worse the ArcSoft is installed for a 15 day free trial only.

I successfully uninstalled the whole lot of ArcSoft programs with Add/Remove Programs.
