Account deletion and services

Someone appears to have deleted the user account that is used for all our CA Unicenter services. We have about 250 servers running the services, over 200 of which are remote. Any ideas on recovery - we've recreated however obviously the SID is different. Also tried to restore the PDC to no avail. Is there a tool that could change the account that the services run under? We can still access the servers using VNC - Unicenter RCO isn't happy;-)

Take a look at the NewSID utility from www.sysinternals.com and see if you can apply it to your situation.
