I accidently deleted my Windows address book in a win98se machine. Now I get "Outlook Express can not be started because msoe.dll could not be loaded" when I try to open Outlook Express. I read somewhere if you delete your address book, then msoe.dll can't be loaded. Where can I get a Windows address book for Win98se? and how do I install it? Or does anyone have any other ideas what the problem?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The link you provided is a great source for general information re keeping Outlook Express in good shape and general fixing. Thanks, but I still need to know where online I can get a copy of the Win98se address book. Anybody have any ideas about where I can get it? Thanks
