On a previous computer I was able to access my browser, email and 'search' from buttons on my keyboard. I am now unable to do this. Is there any way to configure my keyboard to enable these functions?.
    Thanks

Do you have one of the Multi Media keyboards with the special buttons?

I dont know whether it is a multi-media keyboard, but it does have buttons marked 'www', 'search' and 'email'. otherwise its just a regular keyboard.

In which case have you installed the keyboard software?

    For MS keyboards ......

    Download Mouse and Keyboard Software

Hi cozzielex. Also ensure that the Human Interface Device Access (HID Input) Service is Started and set to Automatic. To open the services window click Start< Run and type services.msc and hit enter.

I reminder I suppose about the dangers of a full frontal assault on 'Services'.
