Accessing Hotmail in Microsoft Outlook

I have two hotmail accounts and one mail account from my isp.

I use microsoft outlook to manage my emails.

I have no problem with my isp mail.

But sometimes i have problems accessing the hotmail accounts. One of the accounts sometimes works fine and sometimes it doesn't.
The other account can send mail but can't access my inbox.

I can access both accounts if i enter hotmail thru IE.

Doesn anyone know the source of the problem because i have no idea?

 

Lots of times it's just Hotmail. I would the delete Hotmail(in Outlook) accounts and re-set them up.
