Access 97 & Windows XP

    Hi,

    I have to use an .mde access file and the programmer that design it, is not working any more in the company. I only need to access the data, not to modify anything, so someone suggested that I could install Access 97 on Windows XP, and so, I will be able of using the database.

    I did so, but any time I try to open Access97, the following error appear: "Error system or not enough free memory to open Access ".

    Dos anyone have a suggestion to solve this?.
