I would like to know if the following AC adaptors would be compatable to power my laptop.

This one belongs to the laptop:

    LI SHIN International Enterprize
    Model: 0335A1965
    Input: 100-240V - 50-60HZ 1.7A
    Output: 19V - 3.42A

This is one I want to use at another location if it is OK

    LITE-ON Model: PA-1600-06
    Input: 100-240V 1.5A 50-60HZ
    Output: 19V 3.16A

Hi, you should check the User Guide of the laptop for the power requirement. It may also be listed in the specifications at the manufacturer's website.

The main ones to check are the output voltage and the output amperage. Figures close to those of your laptop's requirements should be OK.

Those adapters are supplied with universal connectors?

If the connectors are the same on the end that plugs into the laptop, the only other thing you need worry about is whether the connector is the same electrically. That is the + and - are not switched.

My only worry is the amperage; one is 1.5A and the other is 1.7A

That only means that the LI SHIN International Enterprize is a little more heavy duty. Not much mind you but a little. How's the cost between the two?

The LI SHIN International Enterprize adaptor came with the new laptop and the other is a spare I had with the old one. I just don't want to buy a new spare if I don't have too.
