About 64bit IE8 for 64bit WinXP

    Hi folks,


    WinXP 64bit

    Where can I download a reliable 64bit IE8. I found it on;

    Internet Explorer 8 for Windows Server 2003 & XP 64-bit

    I have no idea whether it is a clean copy without virus.

    Besides where can I download a clean 64bit IE8 portable? If adding IE8 portable do I need to uninstall IE7? To my understand there will be no conflict between these 2 software. If storage space is NOT a problem IE7 can be left behind on WinXP.

    If you continue withj that download you will find that it its coming from download.microsoft.com - that should be safe enough :)

    Be aware that IE8 x64 is crippled to some extent by the lack of availability of 64 bit AxtiveX.
