    Hello everybody

I wonder if any one can help me with this:
I have installed Win2000Pro/FAT32 on my PC because I need to do some video editing. Now, I need this system just for this task and the fact
that Win2000 is so network and security oriented,
bothers me a lot. After install I already had more than 1 GB and I saw at Add/Remove that nothing can be uninstalled. Is there a way to make a custom installation of Win 2000?
I wish to get rid as much as possible (if it's possible)of unneeded stuff for my work and of course not necessary for Win 2000 to work.

    Thank you,

    Stefan

    NO!

There are a few install time options that could have been chosen. Hopefully you did not install as Domain or any Distributed file system items that were offered. And a few other things.

You can remove a few Services etc. after install to save a small amount of space.

But these all take skill and experience to do. In addition to many many steps, beyond what I am prepared to walk you thru by messages.

Best advice get a new larger faster drive leave the rest alone.
