This particular website shows a blank page and the status says "Done ". I used IE7, Firefox, Google Chrme and its the same.
I cleared cookies, history also flushed DNS and renewed IP address. This website is not on my blocked list either

The same website works fine on my other laptop(using IE6)

I am using the same ISP in both cases

That URL works fine on my FF 3.5.5 Works on IE* also.

Perhaps your firewall has it blocked? There are several things that could have it blocked like your HOSTS file, antivirus, antimalware program, parental controls.

You have to check to see how your laptops are different.

I tried disabling the firewall and opening the page but that didnt work.
Do you think i should unistall the anitvirus and see if it works. I have the AVG anitvirus loaded.
How do i look at the HOST file and what change do i do?

It sometimes give me this message also

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

    •Internet connectivity has been lost.
    •The website is temporarily unavailable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Probably not. If it is working on & off its close to impossible to troubleshoot.

Do you think my antivirus software could be the reason? I have AVG installed?
Do you think i should compare the settings on my other laptop (where the website works) with the settings on this laptop?
