It seems all the icons on my desktop have changed so that they have white backgrounds under their name. They look very aliased, and don't mesh into the wallpaper at all.

Any idea what caused this or how to fix it?

My theme hasn't changed in, well, several months. And it looks like the same to me, except the "Color" field for "Desktop" has changed to white. How do I get it back to normal, where the icon background is transparent?

    Ah, got it.

Turns out I somehow checked "Lock Items" under the "Web" setting from the "Settings" tab of desktop properties. Don't know how. Or when. But I did.
