A couple of things on WIN98SE box:

Just got done eliminating a rash of WIN32/GaelicumA **** from the main computer (Thanks, NOAHDFEAR) but I have a few lingering things yet annoying me.

Keep getting a splash box when loading Windows that I'm missing "vsutil.dll ".
