    Greetings,

I currently have an 802.11b wireless setup at home. I'm considering getting a 2.4 Ghz cordless phone. I know that the 802.11b also works on that frequency.

Has anybody run across any problems using a 2.4 Ghz cordless phone with a 802.11b setup in the area?

    Thanks for your input.

Well, if there is interference. You should be able to change channels on one of the systems. Most of the wlan cards have up to 8 channels and should provide you with enough lee-way to correct any interference.

Or you could just buy a different cordless phone in another spectrum
