Resolved 7 minute start up and 4 minute shut down

    I wiped my drive and did a clean install of my OS. Now it takes 7 minutes to start up Windows (stays at "starting windows ") and 4 minutes to shut down.
    Had it up and running for a couple days, not sure if it did this the first few times.
    Did diagnostic start up, unplugged all my USB's, still takes that long.

    What could be wrong?

    Just realized I put in my WinTV HVR 1800 TV Tuner Card when I did the install. I took it out and it boots up fine now.
    Not sure why I can't use my Tuner Card, but at least it I found the Windows start up problem.
