3ds Max 4 Problems

    When I start up 3ds Max 4 I get an error message reading

    "A liscensing error has occured. Please restart your system to initialize the liscense management system. Error [7.1.29]. "

    I click OK
    Immidiately another window pops up reading

    "The software liscence failed to initialize. [Error 7] "

    I have restarted my system, reinstalled the application and still am getting the same problems. Any suggestions?
