2k crashing

    ok, I got this computer that runs 2k and a family member that likes to go to gamehouse.com to play games. Sometimes when she clicks on one of the games the blue screen of death pops up and this error appears

    "Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL "

    Anyone know what could be causing this problem? Could it be a driver problem?
