I'm not actually certain my problem is with the Kingston SSD, or something else.

Acronis tells me that the backups of my 240 GB Kingston C Drive are about 10 GB, but when I check the properties of C Drive, it says that I have used 210 GB with only 13.3 GB remaining.

Earlier today it was showing that I had only about 3.5 GB of free space left and so I deleted a bunch of programs I wasn't using and compressed all the files on C Drive to free up some space to get it up to 13.3.

Can somebody please explain to me what the problem might be?

    Thank you.

Looking at this problem again tonight, I realize that the designated numbers for used and unused space appear to be reversed, or so it appears. Is that possible and, if so, what should I do?

    Thanks again.

I figured out how to resolve this problem.

For the benefit of anyone who encounters the same problem, this is how I fixed fit:

I opened CCleaner and made sure it was up to date. On the left panel I clicked on TOOLS.

Next, I clicked on System Restore. On the right panel it showed all of my system restore points going back almost 2 years. I deleted all but a few of them and gained back 150 GB of free space.

    Problem solved:)
