At the moment I have 6 computers at the house all setup with a NetBEUI peer to peer network. Machines are a mix of 98 and XP

I have obtained a legit copy of 2000 Server and I want to convert my little workgroup into a domain, and thereby retain central control over what and who accesses the network and how network resources are shared.

I have a machine that now acts as a pseudo file server and stores all media that is shared across the network (audio, video, software, personal data etc.)

This machine would be the one with 2000 Server and the 'center' of the network.

I have searched around a bit but am curious if anyone knows a link that could point me in the right direction.

    Cheers,

    ICE
