What is the drive letter of the drive that contains the Windows folder that you want to remove?

(Warning: You probably do NOT want to remove the Windows on drive C: because that usually contains the Windows Operating System that is currently running your computer).

To delete the Windows folder on drive D:, load Windows Explorer (press [Winkey]+[E]), select drive D:, then right-click the Windows folder and select delete.

Before you delete anything, are you certain you have 2 separate XP operating systems installed on separate partitions on the computer? If you are sure, then tell us how and why you managed to do that?

Perhaps best to post your BOOT.INI and let us take a look. As Tony suggested you may not have two OS's and simply editing this (with careful guidance) may be enough.
