well it turns out to be that the hard drive is faulty thanks for your help
well i talked to someone they said i should try and format my hardrive if that doesent work then i am going to see what part of my comp is faulty
so you dont think its a software issue?
well if its the cd/drive i dont care cause i alway download my games frome steam but if its the battery i need someone to help me with that ill...
OMG i dont know anything about dissconnecting a cd/dvd drive if my harddrive is failing thats not a problem really as long as my motherboard is ok...

ok i took my usb out now it works but im going to see if its luck or its actully the usb that prevents it from booting up
i made sure there is no cd/dvd in the drive that was one of the first things i checked
