    I have gone back to orig RAM and it now does not work. I reloaded V7 or IE. I am running with NO add ons. Still IE hangs and won't open.

    I installed new RAM and everything works fine except for IE that freezes when I try to run it. Currently running Windows XP. How do I recover IE?
