ok scott lemem tell u the issue again .....i am not able to go online but able to ping the url of sites and when i ping the sites in DOS prompt it...

thanx for ur reply sir but according to my knowledge if we r not abel to ping the url but able to ping the ip then it shud be a issue with the dns...
yes scott u are absolutly correct i am talking in general of all the sites i treid www.yahoo.com , google and many other sites but i can just ping...

every time we try to open a site we get a home page of trojan even if we set a new homepage then too we r not able to get that homepage
how to remove the trojan software from the cx we are not able to remove that and not abel to open any sites .......
