This is a longshot, but.. Open up your win.ini file in Notepad and look for any run= or load= lines and see if it's listed there.

What OS? Goto start > run and type msconfig. Anything about it in the startup section? If so, uncheck it and reboot.
Just re-type your email address in there instead of your name.
