So what are DVD+R supposed to be used for if you cannot burn with them....even if I can burn with a DVD-R (which I am trying to do right now) why...

OK I tried the Nero CD-DVD Speed and when I put in an 8X DVD is worked fine, recording a speed of 8X. When I put in the 16X it gives this error...
Yes I can see both drives in Windows Explorer and if I put a disc in them they will read what is on it. They just mess up when I put a blank disc...
